Wednesday Evening Prayer Requests

Wednesday evening services will resume Wednesday July 29th, we encourage families to host Wednesday evening prayer fellowships. Call your friends and invite them over.

Do you have a prayer need? Submit your request at the bottom of this page.

Here are some prayer requests and ideas:

~ America, our President, Vice-President and all of our elected officials - Our military and their families.

~ Steve Darling’s continued recovery from knee replacement surgery.

~ Dawn Kleiman - She is going through radiation treatment for rectal cancer, and she asks prayers that the Lord will give her and her family peace and understanding in whatever the Lord is doing in her life.

~ Sheila Upjohn - praise God, Chip’s PSA count (0.004) reveals cancer undetected.

~ Mark and Patty - for our mission trip to the Dominican Republic. They left Saturday July 18th. 

~ Mission trip to South Africa left on July 16th and will return on August 5th.  

~ Upcoming Upward Sports Flag Football – registration started Friday 6/26 prayers for a possible league expansion.

~ Howard Barnett - for upcoming surgery to my right arm, ulna, trigger finger and carpal tunnel. 

~ Dale Stewart - for his wife, Liz, who is having a heart flutter ablation on 07/28 at MUSC.

~ Our local police, fire departments and EMS workers.

~ Pastors and staff at CBC.

~ Kathy Griffin’s recovery is going mostly well, but with several difficulties. She asks prayer that God will help her overcome these difficulties. 

~ Please pray for God’s healing touch for Sandy Voegeli’s vision problems.

~ Michele Norman - pray for her doctor appointment in Charleston tomorrow concerning her next surgery. Lots of decisions to be made.

~ Mike Calvert - pray for God's wisdom with some decisions he has to make for work.

~ Bella Martin - pray that the doctors can get her iron levels up as she has been losing weight lately.

~ John Allen - pray that the scan on his neck and shoulder, this Thursday, will tell the doctors exactly what they need to know so John can receive the care he needs to get back to 100%.

~ Barbara Fehre - pray for our 'son-in-law' Steven, Rose's husband.  Steven will be having open-heart surgery on Wednesday, the 22nd of July to repair his mitral valve and some other heart issues.  He is only 49 years old.

~ Emmy Bennett - for Shey, as he started a new medication that we hope will address his daily fatigue.

~ Tony & Darlene Conelly - prayers for Tony’s knee to strengthen and for Darlene’s meds to help her nerve pain. Please pray for safe travels as Darlene goes to NY on Wednesday and that she will be a good witness to family and Chantal.

~ Jerry Bridges - prayers for God to give him wisdom about several decisions and respite from his arthritis pain.

~ Kathleen Lawrence - she has osteoarthritis and soon with have a double shoulder replacement.

~ Jan Goude - Doug shows a bit of improvement in his PT sessions. Jan is encouraged and appreciate our prayers.
