AWANA Clubs is a nondenominational ministry that exists to reach children and teenagers with the gospel of Jesus Christ, to equip them to honor God, to grow them in their faith, and to challenge them to fulfill the Great Commission.

The AWANA name is an acronym (Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed) from 2 Timothy 2:15, “Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a workman who does not need to be ashamed, accurately handling the word of truth.”

Our children's clubs meet on Sunday evenings from 5:30-7:30 pm. at our Beaufort and Bluffton campuses, and Wednesday evenings at 6:30 pm in Graniteville. (For more information, CLICK HERE to visit our Facebook page - Awana Clubs at Community Bible Church) AWANA helps churches and parents work together to develop spiritually strong children and youth who faithfully follow Jesus Christ. Our programs offer a proven approach for evangelizing and discipling kids in the church and community.

2 Timothy 2:15
Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth."
